While it is not technically brand because it was removed from the original packaging, it is nearly new as it in excellent condition. They just might need a little styling because they were stored in a box. Even though the wigs are photographed on a Rootstein mannequin they are NOT Rootstein hard cap wigs. These hard caps plastic inside versus the fiber inside like Rootstein wigs have.
