不要になった、もしくは余剰の素材を粉砕して綿から糸に戻す反毛の技術、これを応用して14番×14番の薄手のデニムを新たに開発しました。経糸は杢グレーの糸をロープ染色し、緯糸は杢グレーそのままの色で織りたてました。その心は60年代の海兵隊員用デニムの解析で、ジニングしきれない緯糸がややくすんでいたことにあります。ただ、製品をレプリカにすることなくフィルメランジェらしい味付けをしています。

オーガニックコットン糸の製造工程でふるい落とされた良質な繊維を集め50%のバージンオーガニック綿と掛け合わせて紡績された有機リサイクルコットン「オーガニックラフィー」。このやわらかでコシのあるわたを別注染色し、特別番手に紡績したオリジナルのメランジェカラー糸を吊り編み機にかけ、ヴィンテージの風合いたっぷりの天竺生地を作りました。
