1940s Hand embroidered pink silk nightgown - Extra X large Full skirt Fastening with secure two-part catchA gorgeous 1940s nightgown in candy pink silk, with unfitted cut gathered at neckline for wonderful fluidity, and hand corded belt loop to side should you wish to draw it in for blouson fit (pictured) with your own tie belt. The wide rounded neckline is entirely detailed by hand with tiny pin tucks, embroidered scalloping and edged openwork, representing hours of intensive skill. A tiny rolled edge hem finishes the piece, delicately stitched by hand.
