Constructed of off white paper with black ink, named to LUDOMIRA VON KOSTRO of Bromberg (now Bydgoszcz, Poland), employed as a stenographer from 18 September 1943 until 24 March 1944, measuring 148 mm (w) x 208 mm (h), with some tearing evident to both the top and bottom, in overall better than very fine condition.
