encircled by a red enamelled ring with the inscription КНЯЗЪ ЦРНОГОРСКІИ (Prince of Montenegro)

the obverse with a machine-embroidered multi-coloured cotton insignia depicting a black Kyffhäuser Monument on top of a NSDAP-style mobile swastika
