Consisting of a gilt national eagle with open wings clutching a wreathed static swastika, three gilt bronze rank pips, with burgundy piping on all four edges of each tab, with a standard buckram core, with an RZM tag on the reverse of one of the tabs, each tag with a small hole where the proof tag is attached the tag itself is constructed of aluminum and is marked 03 40 5433 51 attached to the tabs
