Instituted in 1956, Re organized in 1959. Three piece construction, in bronze gilt with red and white enamels, measuring 56. 5 mm (w) x 62 mm (h) inclusive of its integral suspension, intact enamels, very light contact, large rosette affixed to its original ribbon, near extremely fine.
