Torre dei Beati, Cocciapazza Montepulciano D'Abruzzo, 2021 AFKATT2023 Liquore delle Sirene works onCertified organic Montepulciano from 1972 vines trained on traditional pergolaserious Abruzzo with barriques aging. "Cocciapazza" (crazy head) is the local dialect name for this 2 hectare plot at 250 meters. Adriana Galasso and Fausto Albanesi met on a wine course, married, and founded the estate in 1999, converting her father's 1972 plantings to organic. The name Torre dei Beati comes from a 14th century fresco depicting the Tower of the Blessed.
