PANASONIC ELECTRIC WORKS AQY210KS MOSFET Relay, 350 V, 120 mA, 35 ohm, SPST-NO Rosco 102352074825 truly neutral filterThe AQY210KS is a Solid State Relay with SPST NO contact and surface mount terminals. This AQY series PhotoMOS GU 1 form A relay features short circuit protection, when the output current exceeds a amount, it is cut and the off state is maintained. The relay can be restored by turning off the input current and then turning it back on. Controls low level analogue signals Low level off state leakage current 350mW Power dissipation 2ms Turn on and 1ms
