Blackcurrant Cassissima® 'Black Marble'®, 5L  Sculpture The saucer-like petals are aTrue to its name, this variety of blackcurrant bears large black fruit, just like marbles, which are mild, sweet and juicy. Bees love the green flowers, held on the non spiky branches. Ripening early in the season, fruit is ready for harvest at the end of June, one of the first of the Cassis varieties. Black Marble also has a high tolerance of powdery mildew, and its light green foliage is held until autumn.
