with an additional RAD Emsland unit Officer’s cuff title pasted onto the cover (a unit noted for involvement in construction of the West Wall)

The book measures 260 mm x 202 mm and is generally extremely well preserved for its advanced age

Constructed of gilded bronze with multi coloured enamels, the reverse with a horizontal pinback, stamped with an inscription of KARLSRUHE and membership number 844, maker marked A. STBBE, BERLIN, measuring 42 mm in diameter, demonstrating flecking and fine cracking to the enamels with loss of gilt finish throughout the base metal, in very fine condition.
