In 1901 he produced the first Brown's Beach garments, a jacket and a four pocket vest. His intention was to create functional and stylish garments that could be used during the cold Massachusetts winters. The brand found it's success among fishermen and hunters and became synonymous with the great outdoors. The original Brown's Beach company is now defunct, and today one can
