It comes from a single twenty hectare vineyard at the Tenuta Tignanello estate in Chianti Classico country, planted on hard limestone rich albarese rock with a southwest exposure at 350 to 400 meters. The 2008 is roughly 75% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Sangiovese and 5% Cabernet Franc, aged in new French oak. This is a
