One named to Feldwebel Josef Bauer, a 49 year old with lengthy wartime service in Poland, France, Belgium, and the Soviet Union, who was notably killed on 7 May 1945 (one day before Germanys official surrender) by a gunshot to the heart, measuring 6. 5 cm (w) x 11. 5 cm (h), in extremely fine condition. 2. One named to Josef Amberger, a 23 year old Obergefreiter who served with Infanterie
