Domaine Bernard-Bonin, Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru 'La Romance', 2023 so080222 nyt dry german riesling “Haitza” (meaning oak in Basque)Puligny Montrachet earns its reputation through restraintmineral definition and structural integrity over richness. La Romance combines two Premier Cru vineyards: La Garenne's Bathonian limestone and Les Folatires' complexity, creating a wine of exceptional tension and focus. Named for the romance between Vronique and Nicolas, this is Bernard Bonin's most age worthy expression: biodynamic Chardonnay with 15+ years of development potential. Taut,
