Sylvie Esmonin, Gevrey Chambertin, 2022 041125LoireOffer Few wines in the Rhône—orSylvie Esmonins Gevrey Chambertin comes from estate parcels rooted in limestone soils, reflecting her familys long legacy in the village. She farms sustainably, preserving vineyard vitality. Partial whole cluster fermentation and aging in mostly used barrels bring out Gevreys dark fruit and savory depth. A poised Pinot that channels classic Cte de Nuits terroir.
