In silver, bearing a portrait of Ushakov and the inscription on the obverse, reverse impressed 5543, worn on a five point ribbon with chain accoutrement, measures 35. 81 mm (w) x 48. 60 mm (h inclusive of integral ring), weighs 47. 27 grams, wear to ribbon, in extremely fine condition.
