Germany, Wehrmacht. A Schellenbaum Centrepiece Auction measuring 50 mm (w) x(Schellenbaum Herzstck). A centrepiece for a Wehrmacht Schellenbaum, constructed of chrome plated hollow bronze, each end completing in a finely detailed eagles head, with each mouth bearing an integrated loop and suspension ring, the underside of the crossbar featuring 14 holes formerly accommodating suspension rings, the centre bearing a hollow vertical shaft for the insertion of a pole, unmarked, measuring 1060 mm (w) x 325 mm (h), with signs of
