Domaine du Bel Air (Gauthier), Bourgueil Grand Mont, 2021 Trestle Fix 04/30 From the sun-drenched vineyards ofDomaine du Bel Air is run by Pierre Gauthier, the fifth generation of his family to farm these Bourgueil vineyards. The estate was certified organic in 2009 and now farms 15 hectares biodynamically. Bourgueil sits on the north bank of the Loire, where the tufa limestone and gravel soils of the Saint Nicolas plateau yield structured Cabernet Francs that benefit from aging. Grand Mont is a single vineyard parcel with vines averaging 45 years old on
