Color is also better in cooler weather (that's normal for most Aloe hybrids)

Or more properly the smaller the spines get until it looks almost spineless in some mature specimens. Like most Barrels it can be a landscape specimen if grown in grown in the appropriate climate but does just fine in a pot in other places. Flowers are bright yellow.
