Cedar Ridge Straight Rye Whiskey Bottled-in-Bond Straight Rye made by one distillerThis special release commemorates the Bottled in Bond Act of 1897, at 85%, this rye whiskey reflects the hard work of our harvester and their farm. The bold spice and hints of toasted biscuit up front are balanced by the sweetness of Iowa corn on its finish. At 100 proof you can taste the complexity that four years of our unpredictable Iowa climate imparted on this yearly special release. Cedar Ridge Bottled In Bond Rye Whiskey 100 Proof 50% ABV 750ml
