The piece actually sits on its own without the aid of base or clay

which is only seen in a very small percentage of pieces from Tasna

Now I'm fairly certain that there will not be any more of these amazing Wavellite specimens again

One of the inclusions could be a species of spider, based upon the form, but I can't say conclusively.
