Lola Cava mineral and chiseled notes Château Queyssard’s Bordeaux Rouge 2019A beautiful refreshing Cava from the granite Atlantic coast of Galicia in North West Spain. Made in the same way as Champagne, with a second fermentation in bottle, but instead of using Pinot Noir with Chardonnay Cava traditionally uses the Spanish native variety Parellada blended with the Chardonnay. Delicious as an aperitif or try with a plate of anchovies.
