Castello di Querceto Cignale 'Super Tuscan' 2019 brunely This vintage has matured beautifullyFirm, fairly deep, fleshy nose, predominantly ripe black berries, tobacco, leathery and cedary aromas, hint of plums, some herbs, red pepper and smoke. Ripe, dense, juicy fruit with some nutty and smoky spice, a little iodine, leathery fleshy nuances and tobacco, also dried herbal flavours and a little cocoa on the palate, ripe tannin and some bite, has power, good depth, salty hints, plus dark ethereal spice, very good, juicy and tart spicy finish.
