Burja, 'Zelen' Vipava White, 2023 Core New Orleans grooves and ohhhThis wine is made from the native grape Zelen it might not be something you've tried before, but it should! The wine is flinty on the nose which delivers on the palate too with oyster shell saltiness and texture. Ripe pink grapefruit, apples and fresh cut flowers bring freshness. This wine is mascerated on the skins for 7 days but firmly sits in the white wine camp, rather than orange.
