Popular amongst British, American and, of course, Scandinavian expats and tourists the owners opened up a Viking Hotel and more formal restaurant next door to complement the success of the cafe. There is now a health food shop Bio c'Bon where Chez Les Vikings and the hotel once stood. Courtesy Private
