Back in those head spinningly steep vineyards. Working with 60 year old vines of Mencia, with a sprinkling of a field blend. The whole bunches are hand harvested and foot trodden. 11 months in neutral oak give this wine just enough time and the reward is a fresh and persistent wine with delicate silky tannin. Fruit is led by ripe red cherries and raspberries
