It started maturing in PX sherry casks in 2013 and was bottled in 2023 at natural cask strength of 58. 5%. Bottled without colouring or chill filtration. Nose: Strong Islay peat and a fresh hay note. Seaweed, smoked meats and blackcurrant jam. Palate: Maple smoked bacon, dark chocolate and redcurrants. Finish: TCP and more of that meaty profile.
