Gyuto Jelle Hazenberg Handwash in cold water (leatherPerfect for slicing through meat, fish and vegetables. The profile is flatter towards the heel for chopping and the gradual curve towards the tip is designed for comfortable rocking action. The Gyuto features a blade (22 cm) with a Japanese Blue Paper steel core with folded iron cladding. It comes with a walnut handle with solid copper ferrule. As all high quality knives, this knife will rust if not treated with care. Weight: approx. 200 grams.
