NYC SHARP CHEDDAR new item Belgian aleTangy, Bold, East Coast ClassicThe cheddar that keeps it cool right up until that sharp New York bite kicks in. This NY Sharp is classic cheddar with a little extra attitude. New York style sharp cheddar is commonly described as bold, tangy, and extra sharp, often with a brighter acidic bite than many other domestic cheddars. It brings that rich, savory cheddar depth you want, but with a cleaner, more assertive finish that keeps every bite lively.
