Olio Novello 'New Harvest' (6 x 500ml) Pecorino or simply enjoying with artisanDescription Olio Novello extra virgin olive oil is, as the name suggests, the first oil of the new vintage. It is obtained from the first olives harvested by hand in a period earlier than the actual harvest. The Novello extra virgin olive oil is bottled unfiltered which allows it to retain all its natural properties. The oil stands out for its intense green colour with herbaceous aromas, hints of artichoke emerge on the taste with a light bitterness
