It is in great vintage condition, though has some signs of typical use on the wicker, and the inside has some water stains, typical of these old baskets but nothing to detract from it's vintage charm. It opens on one side only and has working hinges. It would make a lovely piece to store linens or blankets, for use on cookouts, living room storage, or even a picnic with the family.
